The midfielder spent two seasons with the reserve squad before making his first-team debut for the French side in 2014. The Zimbabwean international then moved to Eredivisie after a successful trial with Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem....

The first example was a Silicon Valley company called ePAC that currently prints technical manuals for companies like Hewlett-Packard and Cisco. ePAC’s highly robotized technology prints and binds these elaborate books, on demand, in a matter of seconds. The technology makes sense for technical manuals since the content changes so often and the books don’t require large print runs. However, ePAC’s CEO Sasha Dobrovolsky was at ETRE looking for funding to extend that technology to the larger “trade book” publishing industry in the United States–the kind of books we buy at the mall....

The Cherries picked up four points from their first two games, drawing at home to Sheffield United before winning 2-1 away against Aston Villa. Arsenal started the game with great intensity, and all their pressure paid off, as Belgian international Jan Vertonghen handled the ball in his own area, and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang calmly slotted past a fumbling Lloris to give the Gunners an early lead. Not only is it a derby, but also one between two new managers as both clubs have two different heads in Unai Emery and Maurizio Sarri. The two new managers will go head-to-head this weekend as Chelsea host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge....

It seems like the clubs in Premier League have taken note of what happened in the last year’s Champions League final (Liverpool missing out the trophy due to goalkeeping howlers) as they have started investing heavily in their quest to find the best man to guard their goal, including Jurgen Klopp’s side. This was the year when goalkeepers finally started getting their due recognition (monetarily) with the top flight clubs in England breaking the transfer record, not once, but twice in the same window....

Other factors influencing the winner are votes of all the Premier League clubs’ captains and an expert panel. The award was introduced in the 1994-95 season for August and Tottenham Hotspur player Jürgen Klinsmann was awarded the first-ever Player of the Month for his performances in August 1994. So far in this season, Tottenham’s Lucas Moura, Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, Arsenal’s Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, and Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling have won this award....

Three days after beating Chelsea 5-4 on penalties in an exhausting Super Cup final in Istanbul, Liverpool were slow off the blocks despite coach Jurgen Klopp ringing the changes. The home side conjured the clearer openings in the first half but it was Senegalese forward Sadio Mane who opened the scoring for Liverpool against the run of play with an exquisite strike on the cusp of half-time. Mohamed Salah spurned an opportunity to score Liverpool’s second of the game but Roberto Firmino was not as profligate, as the Brazilian doubled the Anfield club’s advantage 19 minutes from time....

While all previous seasons had their transfer deadline day set for August 31 – which meant that transfers continued for a good couple of weeks after the initial start of the campaign – the majority of Premier League clubs voted to bring the deadline earlier as to avoid disruption and interruption of their season with players leaving and arriving. Clubs in England will still be able to sell to other leagues but will no longer be able to buy after August 9, which will change the overall narrative of deadline day....

The defender, reported to be valued by Hertha at €25million, has been linked with clubs including Everton, Leicester City, Fulham and Bournemouth.
