In the second half, Watford dominated the proceedings as they did in the first-half and Manchester United players struggled to get a touch on the ball. Anthony Martial finally got himself on the scoresheet and doubled Manchester United’s advantage in the 73rd minute. Watford did get the much-deserved goal in the 90th minute as Doucoure didn’t make any mistake this time and put the ball past David De Gea after a brilliant move....

But if a goalkeeper makes a mistake which leads to the team conceding a goal, he is berated very badly for it. Goalkeeping is a role in which you simply can’t afford to make a mistake, while in every other position, a mistake is less costly. If the job wasn’t hard already, it is harder now as the goalkeepers nowadays have to be good on their feet too, and be a part of their teams attacks....
